North Downs Way National Trail An excellent web resource, part of a larger web site run by National Trails covering England & Wales. This section deals with the North Downs Way, part of which (the Canterbury to Dover section) will be promoted by Canterbury Council as the official Via Francigena in England. The website gives information about planning a trip, accommodation along the route, places to visit and has ‘zoomable’ maps. Well worth a visit particulary if you are thinking of walking to Canterbury from your front door! | |
